I'm sorry that you're feeling this way   It is very normal to go from one extreme to the next when it comes to emotions after abortion. I really hope you feel better.

Read back to your other posts on here. See how you were feeling? Remind yourself that you knew it was right when you were in the right state of mind. You're going to be sad, it's going to take time. Don't hold back from grieving if you need to. I had my first & last abortion in June and am still healing emotionally. PM me if you need to.
