Good question.. .. I am having a boy too and I have no idea how to organize them either. I guess all onesies and sleepers in the drawers along with socks. And all nicer outfits hung up? I am just guessing here.

I hung up all outfits and folded seperate onsies, tops, and bottoms. My son has a walk in closet so there are 3 racks. On one, I put newborn sizes, on the other I put 0-3, and then on the last I put 3-6 and bigger. As far as drawers/folded items, I did the same. Top drawer newborn, middle 0-3, and bottom 3-6.

I swear Jake had about 200 onesies. I folded all onesies, shirts and shorts and put them in his dresser. All of his sleepers, pants, overalls, jackets, sweaters (anything bulkier than a onesie) are on hangers in his closet.

So far I'm hanging everything exceptbig blanketsand socks up.

I bought some itty bitty hangers for the stuff that didn't come on one and kept the ones that did. Even some of my blankets came on hangers so I actually put those in the closet (until the baby comes)

I keep socks and shoes along with hats in a little stacker thing I got from Walmart. All of my blankets and extra sheets go in the drawer under the crib.

my dresser has 4 shelves behind doors, 1 small long drawer, 2 deep square drawers and a HUGE rectangular drawer. I put all my newborn and 0-3 onsies and sleepers on the top lt shelf, 3-6 on the bottem lt shelf, 6-9 on the top rt shelf and the few 9-12 things I have on the bottem rt shelf. Then in the small drawer I put long sleave onsies, shirts and pants. In the lt square drawer I put socks and hats. In the rt one I put gowns and in the large drawer I put towels and washclothes. We didn't find out what we're having but I figure if it's a girl I'll hang all the little dresses and if it's a boy all the polos and button downs. I'm due in July though so the baby will be in just onsies for the first few months of it's life!

What I did was hang up [since I have a daughter] the dresses that really couldn't be folded. Like dressier clothing. I kept out the 0-3m clothing & put the 3-6m & 6-9m, etc. in different boxes & labeled them. For the 0-3m clothing I split it up into what looked smallest & the larger looking clothes. It's easier that way depending on how big the baby is. It would have been a hastle picking out the clothes that would have fit my daughter because she was born at 6lbs 4oz.

I hope this helps:
I hang up her dresses, shirts, sweaters, and outfits in the closet. I bought hanger tags to seperate the clothes by sizes. I also have Koala Baby Sage Canvas Closet Organizerand 4 pocket organizer. The canvas organizer holds all of her shoes - that I organize by size and season. The 4 pocket organizer holds all of her slings. I also bought baskets that sit on the top shelf. These hold her diapers and wipes ( I buy in bulk). Her dresser has two little top drawers and three larger drawers. I place all of her toiletries in one little drawer and the other drawer holds her socks, swimsuits, and stalkings. I bought pegs that hang above her dresser that hold her hats. The 1st large drawer holds her pjs and onsies. ( I didnt have many because I HATE snaps!!!) the second lagre drawer has all of her jeans, skirts, and shorts. The last drawer has all of her blankets(she enjoys being able to reach them herself to pull them out) Her changing dresser is going to go in the new baby's room but it holds more blankets, sheets, and changing pad covers.
I also keep an XXL size ziplock storage bag on the floor in her closet so when she outgrows something I can just put it in there. We have already filled up 6 bags! Hope you find a system that works for you!

I organize everything according to size in the closet. The nicer clothes (including a few onsies and sleepers I do hang up. All socks and hair bands and bloomers (for a girl) I have in one drawer. All onsies and t-shirts are in another drawer. All sleepers are in one, and all pants are in another. And it's all according to size. Of course, I haven't even had my baby shower yet, so I am sure I will be organizing again soon. But I plan on getting a closet oragnizer for like $12 from Target. My daughter has one and it has a hamper already included on it and it just hangs on the rod in the closet and it has shelfs on it. I plan on putting all blankets and recieving blankets on that.
