Still waiting to MC

The tests are negative now but I have yet to bleed at all (besides for the minor spotting I had for a little while).
Should I wait and see if my period comes or try and get on with an OB?
This feels like it is taking forever. I keep wondering if maybe they were wrong but I know they weren't because of the negative tests.
