Journey begins tomorrow...

Here is me the night before baby, and at 8 days post-partum. I am 10 days pp now, and going to start working out tomorrow. I can't wait to shed the weight! I've got Jillian Michaels "Winning by losing" book, and plan to follow the plan in there. Anyone else using this plan??? 20lbs down, 30 to go...

Have you gotten the OK to start working out yet?? I believe you have to wait like 6wks... at least, that's what my Dr. told me!

I stopped bleeding at 6 days pp...so as long as I don't start up again then I think I should be okay?! I may call my midwife in the morning just to make sure...but that's what my understanding was. I'm not going to go all out, mostly resistance training and light cardio. One thing my pro fitness model gf told me was to make sure to do resistance training when losing after baby or else the skin will be loose...don't want that!

my bleeding stopped and started again for a while and its not just about the bleeding but just talk to your midwife and good luck to you!

my in home nurse felt the gap between my muscles and said that they were close enough to start these, she told me to start with the smallest one
