Meth does that... Smurfing ridiculous. He'll stay clean fit awhile then go on a binge. He didn't used to be that way. Someone got him addicted 2 years ago but he's never been a solid user, like i said, months clan then all of a sudden gets high for a week

I didn't resize it was meth, that's hardcore & not something to play around with. A friend of mine's SO started using speed again to help him keep up with working overtime, etc. on contract plumbing jobs. My friend didn't know & the dealer showed up with some "buddies" (I don't know what to call them?) at her apartment door with guns & forced entrance and took her TV & some stuff as collateral until he paid off what he owed them. Yeah, he learned his lesson & got clean for his girls (they had identical twin girls) & my friend after that, but their relationship still hasn't been the same. Last I recall she had left him and moved out, etc. Stuff like that isn't worth taking chances over, especially with kids. I hope you don't experience anything like that ever from him using.

Well, woke up about 15 minutes ago & I'm guessing I'm getting my bloody show. Didn't get it with first pregnancy so I'm not positive what to look for, but it was mucus tinged with pink-red. Is it common for it to be time & go into labor not long after getting bloody show?...like a day or two? Or is it like losing mucus plug & doesn't always mean anything?

I've always had my bloody show before labor. It was five hours before with the first and an hour before with the second.

It's been almost 4 hours now since I woke up & noticed it. I'm getting period like cramps & mild back pain, but no full on painful contractions or anything. I'll give it a few more hours & pay attention to baby's movement & stuff, if I don't start getting contractions I'll call doctor's office & see if it can wait until tomorrow morning's appointment (if baby's movements are normal) or if they want me to come in today or go to L&D (if baby's movements are less than usual or they think I need induction or something). I'm worried that I might 'need' to be induced due to hormonal imbalance from PCOS   from what I've read on fertility sites, forums & other PCOS moms, sometimes we have issues with labor starting on its own or contractions starting & then randomly stopping (which I've been getting for weeks).

Tweeker logic... If he's high he will be able to get lots of work done cause he's wide awake. But in reality, if he's high, he doesn't concentrate on the job at hand. Yes, ours made him very paranoid. He's eating and sleeping again as of last night but he's being very ugly with me this morning. I'm not even acknowledging his presence. I've got too much to do today and too much going on this week to put up with his crap

Oh I hope they pick up for you. Pitocin sucks   but if you're already progressed a lot and contracting it should be easy. When I was induced with lylian I was contracting 4-5 mins apart and 3-4cm dilated. I was at the hospital at 7am and had her at 6:06pm. But I'd assume it could be faster with u since yor contractions are strong. I couldn't feel mine at all. But I also have borderline pcos. The dr couldn't diagnose it but I have all the symptoms just my levels aren't off enough to diagnose they're all right on the edge of normal. She said maybe someday but my body is probably compensating for it ATM. So I do wonder if thats why I wasn't going into full labor on my own. I was progressing for weeks and losing all kinds of mucus. Hopefully since u lost mucus plug you will be going soon. Some people go right away and then there's people like me with lylian haha.

Gah that's so hard   yeah obviously that's some convoluted logic. Yeah you Have the energy but like you said there's the inability to focus. But of course they never think of it that way   Ishe still gonna keep using or did u talk to him about it?

Yeah, I've not made a lot of progress as far as Friday's appointment went I was the same as the week before's appointment. But we had sex yesterday morning, not to bring on labor, just a heat of the moment thing. Then it was a gorgeous day out yesterday so we went for a walk, maybe 2 1/2 miles, nothing crazy. But when we got home I was getting contractions so I started sitting on ball & would bounce a little when they were most painful & uncomfortable with the back pain. Once the super bowl started I went to try laying down because I was really tired & without the gravity of sitting up (since I was laying down) the contractions weren't as intense & I was eventually able to nap. So who knows, I might be more progressed now? Just waiting for contractions to pick up. I'm 40 weeks tomorrow & have an appointment in the morning to discuss options if baby isn't here by the 12th (or possibly before) the doctor will want to induce. So I'm hoping to get things started on their own! Getting contractions every 5 1/2 - 7 1/2 minutes...mostly around 6 minutes & 45 seconds apart according to my contraction timer app, so I'm hoping they become more consistent, pick up in intensity & cause some progress!!! I don't care when baby comes & certainly not trying to rush it, I'm just getting tired of my body seeming to start early labor & then randomly deciding it's not going to bother, freaking annoying!

...I heard black cohosh is good for balancing hormones   totally freaking kidding, I'd never attempt that crazy crap!

Well he never intends to use, its just got ahold of him. At random times he'll get a wild hair up his ass and use for a week then he's good. Personally, I've been sober off that drug for almost 4 years and his issues don't help/support my own sobriety.

I Had a dream last night that i wad doing squats lol. Woke up this morning with a sore pelvis

Mrs.B my doctor told me that if the contractions are 8 ins apart in 1 hr I should go to the hospital. Dont know if that helps you.

Yeah, I think you mentioned your tired of his crap & considering leaving him in one of your earlier posts about this? If so, I totally support that considering it makes it difficult on your own sobriety. Your sobriety & being a great mom to 3 kids are far more important than anything he seems to be providing for you guys. I only word it that way because he's been causing you stress from not working or working enough or whatever, not trying to build a business with his glass blowing & you seem to be the provider; & now THIS? Not cool!

If I didn't have hormonal imbalance issues it probably would lol. They're not painful enough yet for me to worry about having DH come home & getting someone to watch DD.
