OMG, I hope you're ok, did you have to call the doctor or anything?

No its just sore. It was bad at first. Now it's just extra sore. The dr said yesterday as long as I'm not like hunched in pain its probably normal and healing.

Hugs! She doesn't hate you. She just likes the not having to do as much work. Very normal. Suggestion for you... hide the formula. Seriously. I am not buying any or bringing home any samples. We are going to try to make it work better this time. I started supplementing with ds at three days old since he wanted to eat every 30 mins. I am setting myself up to stick it out longer this time. I REALLY want to exclusively breastfeed this time. Hang in there.

I agree. We don't even have formula here. With dd a bunch of people gave me samples and I just sent them out to bg mamas who needed it. It was much easier to avoid temptation.

Ok, since I've not had a c-section before (but who knows, might end up with one in a few days for all I know!) I didn't know if it could injury the area & require you to go back to hospital or something. I'm glad you seem to be ok!

Idk I guess it was similar to moving wrong. I didn't like hit it I just kind or stretched it cause I fell down onto the floor of the car. Like it was the same feeling I said I get when I sit up but just a little worse. It could have been muscles not incision. I've been feeling it to make sure it's not hot or different. It's just really sore. Like a bad bruise.

Vent... my mom is driving me crazy. She keeps saying... now you know its gonna hurt alot. Over and over and over every time we talk. I finally said to her last night.. yes I know but I had a csection and was in pain too. She (who has never had a section nor saw me recovering from it, they left to go home the day we were released from hospital) said well yeah but that is over quickly. They cut you open and get the baby out quick. Vaginal birth pain lasts longer! I changed the topic quickly after that. Ok granted I haven't had a vaginal birth yet but from what most of you mamas have said... once baby is here the worst of the pain is gone. From my csection experience it was the opposite. Once baby was here... then had to deal with pain. Geez its like she is trying to talk me out of it and she doesn't know what she is talking about. Ugh!

My baby decided to all of a sudden turn breech(butt first)...I had an unsuccessful version and now have scheduled a c-section for the 14th...I'm still hoping she turns so I can have a vaginal birth, but either way I'm on the home stretch! Can't wait to see my baby girl!

I hope for you sure turns. My ds didn't. So now I am hoping for a vbac. They keep asking when I want to schedule. I wont schedule until my due date comes and goes. I want every last day I can have for the chance to go into labor on my own. But either way as long as they get here healthy!

crossing my fingers for you! I discussed the risks of delivering the baby breech vs csection and it boils down to much less risk for baby to do a csection...all I care about at this point is a healthy baby!

Thanks. So far this little miss is head down so I am hoping. Csection was definately safest way to go with ds. Fingers crossed for you too but either way you will be fine. Enjoy the final countdown.

I didn't know. She's back on one, but the other is engorged.

She's crazy! The second lylian was out I felt AMAZING! My swelling was gone, my pain was gone, I was happy, I got right back to life. I had an episiotomy and it was hard to get out ofbed and poop for awhile. But nothing compared to the pain of this csection. After this csection I swelled, im exhausted, I am sad and hormonal, I can't do anything without hurting myself, I can't drive, couldn't get out of bed right away. I am seriously traumatized. I would never want this again.
