I'm trying to savor my moments. Lol! Not working out too well.

I am having some second thoughts about getting my tubes tied. Not bc I want more kids, but I am concerned about what it might do to my body.

There is so much conflicting info and opinions, I am just unsure now.

I also can help but feel bad that there are so many women with fertility issues, and it makes me feel selfish to "break" my body...*shrug
Maybe it's just my hormones.

I looked at the amount of issues that people have been having and it made me change my mind. I don't know what to do now. An IUD maybe?

I don't know, IUD's scare the smurf out of me! I have had 2 close friends have major issues with theirs.
Dh is getting the snip snip, so hopefully that's all we need.

Wait awhile then. If we do one at all it will be after baby is here, possibly around almost 2 months old unless we end up having a small anniversary party at end of Feb. which I already know we won't be doing because we should have planned for it already. What better 5 year wedding anniversary gift than a new baby anyways, right? ;)

I personally wouldn't trust that everyone would choose not to come if they might be sick. Some people just get too excited about new babies to pay attention to whether or not something going on with them could be an issue for baby.

I wouldn't worry about basing your decision on other's fertility. I know that's not technically what you're doing or saying, but I wouldn't worry about it if you know what I mean? Like I have fertility issues and I still think each woman & couple needs to make choices based on their wants/needs & fertility.

I hear you! Ds was our 7 year anniversary present. Born 1 week to the day of our 7 year anniversary.

That's awesome! Baby is due about 2 1/2 weeks before our anniversary, so if I go overdue baby could be born within a few days or so of it.
