Um I'm sure nobody wants to see that I think they just mean they're excited for their babies to be born. My god

I want baby to stay put as long as possible, but I also want contractions to stop since I've been getting them so much lately. I definitely don't get the whole 'I want my baby out NOW' kinda thing...then again I didn't even make it to 39 weeks last time, so I'm sure it's different for moms who go over due (although I'm assuming the ladies on the FB page aren't past due yet?).

Yeah me too. But I'm not looking forward to seeing her in te nicu It's rediculus when some of us don't have a choice but others are being selfish.

They see people having babies without many issues and think hey..maybe my baby will be okay. What they don't get is that many of those women have been monitored for days/weeks. I don't worry much about Ivy being born these days. I had steroid shots weeks ago, she's measuring on schedule, and I'm closing in on 37 weeks. But still, I'm not going around asking "what were you doing before you started bleeding/your water broke? I want to try it!" Its especially annoying that some women who ask that aren't even 33/34 weeks.

I didn't know which FB group they were referring to. When we all first joined this Feb. BG group the only FB group was one that turned out to be public & had Jan & Feb mamas, that's why I wasn't sure lol.

Just left my appointment. Little miss is measuring 36 weeks. This dr today said I am just fine at 221. I asked cause I lost weight again and was sooo tired of the last 2 appointments were they fussed. She said when you start out at 180 or above its fine to lose weight while pg as long as baby is growing and she definately is. Had the lovely gbs test and checked cervix. Cervix is nice and closed. She said baby is definately head down she felt her head! Yippee! No csection this time. Heartrate 138!

Im sure nobody wants to see their babies struggle to breathe but thats the thing a lot of women are not taking into consideration. they are litterally talking about inducing labor at 34 weeks.... there is a difference between excitement /being anxious and stupidity.
haha my doctor was talking to me abut induction for convienience and Im like "uhh hell no let me go nayural!!" while others want to induce/ plan a cesarean for convienience.....
