Thanks sweetie. She was so full of life and energy. The last time
I saw her she was at her grandmas funeral dinner in a wheel chair being spoon fed and couldn't even sit up straight idk if she even recognized me. I just couldn't see her that way. It wasn't her.

I dunno WTH is going on with my body! Happened similar, but not nearly as much or this early on, last pregnancy. It comes and goes. Some days I get contractions for hours on end, sometimes they get painful and are accompanied by back pain, so I start preparing to head to hospital within a given time frame...like 2 hours the first time it happened, then as I'm getting ready to leave they start spacing out & settling down. So next time it happens I'm like, "OK, this time I'll give it 3 hours then." and same thing happens, so next time I give it longer. I'm at the point now, if I'm not curled over in pain or water hasn't broken, chances are I'm not bothering going in and will labor at home until I know for sure I'm in actual labor. Hope that makes sense, lol.

I had been wondering about your friend, because we both talked about how we both had a friend with cancer, so I thought of your friend and you every time I thought of or spoke to my friend. So sorry to hear and sorry for your loss.

Yesterday was pretty easy with minimal contractions, at least compared to pervious days, and yet today I'm back to the problem. Woke up to contractions again today though. And the morning before yesterday I must have continued to get them through the night while I slept or something because when I woke my stomach felt like I had done tons of sit ups, but didn't feel like that at all when I went to bed. The only reason I can even sleep through them sometimes is because DD is very active, almost never naps so I get little sleep, she fights sleep at night as well so I'm a light sleeper and usually up through the night due to that as well. Plus, I've had back pain and period cramps since hitting puberty, so I've learned to tolerate the pain in those areas pretty well. 36 weeks today, so not too much longer, I just have to keep reminding myself! Last pregnancy the back pain was so horrible the last 3 weeks I couldn't even sleep more than a few minutes at a time, basically all I'd do was doze off a min or two then wake up from the pain. By the time I was in labor I was so exhausted that I was falling asleep between pushes and my doctor was yelling at me to stay awake...hoping to not experience that again!
ETA: Doctor appointment late this afternoon and I will definitely be asking questions about all these contractions and getting doctors opinion on why she thinks it keeps happening and what to do about it!

The tech who told me about mine said it looks like ripples on her head, but i just really couldn't tell definitively. I'm sure the techs probably would know though since they've been doing them for a long time.

I think Jace is preparing to come. All day (and some yesterday) I've been having period cramps, sharp pains in my girly parts and hips, back hurts, and tons of pressure. But I'm only 35w 3d he better stay put for a couple more weeks.
