My son was born at 39 weeks exactly. But the doctors said he was overdue. He was very wrinkled with super long nails and very flaky skin. He had also made his first bowel movement before my water broke.

Oh wow. My oldest daughter was born at 39 weeks 5 days and she had made her first bowel movement as well. It's hard to gauge dates, that's why i just try and let things happen when baby is ready. Sometimes though, babies need assistance because they just get comfortable and seem to never want to leave. That has been the case with most my babies.

Hey ladies! I'm never on here so I'm realllly behind, but I hope everyone is doing good and your pregnancies are going good too!
At my last appointment on the 3rd my doctor told me I was dilated at 2cm already. How long can that last before I go into labor? I've been in so much pain for the past week or so (just pressure mostly), no contractions though. I hate playing the waiting game. lol. I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow (:

You're probably just dilated from the baby dropping and putting pressure. You could go around like that another month haha. Not many people do but you could

Ohhh man, this month is gonna drag by. I'm usually not a complainer or anything, but I've been in so much pain lately. It hurts to stand or walk and I can barely even turn to my sides when laying down. And of course I feel huge! Lol. I want him to stay baking so he's healthy but on the other hand I'm so ready for him to be here.

I went 10 weeks at 3cm but I was on bed rest and meds to stop contractions until week 36. Lasted 3 weeks without meds. (delivered at 39)

I know what you mean. It takes me forever to get anywhere in the house and I have to have my husband help me turn over.

Ikr, my SO has to help me get up sometimes and he takes my shoes off for me every day when I get home from work (he gets home two hours before me). Lol.
