I know a few days ago I mentioned I've been getting contractions pretty much any time I do more than lay down. Well now I've been getting them even while laying down too. They aren't consistent enough for me to feel like I need to go into L&D though, but tonight they are getting more intense and kinda painful (which I have a high pain tolerance to begin with). I might go in later if it doesn't let up or I can't sleep...which of course means it'll stop like the last 2 times right when I start making calls to have someone home with DD.

Aww! Don't forget to drink lots of water! Hope you feel better and don't have to go in.

I've been drinking lots of water...can drinking too much water cause this problem? And they are averaging about 6 min apart most of the time, but sometimes upwards of 9, rarely 11 min. Like I'll get maybe 8-10 at 6 min apart, then a spaced out one or two 8-9 min, then 4 min apart for awhile, then a random one after 11 min, then back to 6 min ones consistently for awhile. Doesn't seem like actual labor, but they sure FEEL like early labor contractions did last time.

I really don't want to go to L&D mostly because with my first pregnancy, a week before I had DD, I had a similar situation and doctor told me to head in to L&D because they were almost certain I was in labor. Went in, had progressed some from my appointment a few days before, had to stay in triage all night. Then the nurse decided to do the test for amniotic fluid with the little test strip. Nothing. Then she decided to wrap another strip around her finger and put it IN me which hurt like hell and felt like it cut my vag. Then she had me walk the halls for about 2 hours or so to help progress, but after the amniotic test strip incident I told DH there was no way in hell I was having the baby there that night with that nurse! Sure enough contractions started coming further apart and she sent me home. Then of course came the extra hospital bill for the visit, which isn't a huge deal, better safe than sorry. But at this point, given the last few times this pregnancy when I've had similar contractions for a few hours, they always seem to go away about the time I decide to start preparing to head in to L&D. So between that and the crappy experience I had with triage last pregnancy, I'm trying to avoid it until I know for sure I need to go. I hope that makes sense!

Sorry so long, didn't realize it was so freaking long while typing it

I understand. With my last pregnancy, I was in and out of L&D. Promised myself I wouldn't go for every little thing this pregnancy. I've only been once and that's because my doctor sent me.

Pretty sure that I'm going to make it to 40. No more cramping, back pain or anything. I'm not even on strict bed rest any more.

If I were in your position, I'd wait it out, too. Rather be comfortable at home than uncomfortable in a triage with nurses who are upset, because they are ready to go home.

Alright ladies, sorry it took me so long but here are some pictures from my 3d ultrasound on saturday. I was 32 weeks 2 days. Baby didn't want to cooperate much, but these are some of the better ones. Oh, and she is definitely a girl lol. I had them take a picture in 3d of her girl part just to be positive

Now here is a pic of me today at 32 weeks 4 days.

Hope everyone had a good weekend!

Aww. I didn't get a 3D done because I was on bedrest. The one here requires a note from your OB saying that it's okay. My son looks just like DH. They looked like twins when he was born.

I've only had a 3d done with 4 out of my 6 pregnancies. Maybe your little girl will look like you. My sons already look like their dad so i was hoping she'd look like me, but she has his chunky cheeks and nose. It makes me even more impatient to see her, because i just want to hold her and nibble on her cheeks

I think she's going to look like my husband or her big brother. I hope she has his hair though. His is soft and curly. Mine is thick, bushy, and uncontrollable unless I relax it.
