Woke up to severe back labor-like BH contractions.... so painful! they are gone now but holy hell they hurt!

on the bright side: Back in October when I got that stomach bug and my stomach pain felt like contractions it scared me out of wanting a water birth cause the pain was so bad but this back pain just got me all geared up and ready for it! Im so ready to have her and do it med-free. its gonna hurt but I know I can do it!

I could imagine, glad you feel better now. I was having some back pain this morning. It seems i am having about 5 braxton hicks contractions a day. I told hubby i felt 27 weeks was too early to be having braxton hicks, and painful ones at that. But my aunt said since i have so many kids, they might come sooner.

I've heard that they come sooner when you have more kids. Hope it doesn't get too bad for you.

I just hope that I'm able to birth naturally. Maybe she won't be stubborn like I was. I was born breech.

Well i hope you get to deliver naturally to. I want to this time around, but more than likely will not be able to. After having the last two by c-sections and 2 hernia surgeries, my doc really doesn't want to risk it!

No. I'm assuming they'll do that once it gets closer. Because I could have an emergency one at any time. But 35 weeks is when it'll be. That's the 20's of January.

Gah I hope I don't get painful BH. I'd be a nervous wreck. I have enough crap to stress about. I'm glad you feel better. I really hope you get your water birth. That would be wonderful.

Yeah this is the first time ive had painful BH ever. now my back hurts pretty bad like baby is sitting weird... hope its ok. if it continues im gonna go in just in case to see whats up....

I just need to cent for a mon before I get myself upset over stupid BG.

I am so hurt by all these people who bitch and moan about going overdue, or feeling like crap the last month, or trying to induce labor at 37 weeks. Im just so hurt. I would give anything to go overdue, not have to see my baby struggle, I've her an extra month to develop, etc. I just can't stand this anymore. Maybe it's cause my emotions are so raw right now. But it just upsets me so much   I just want everything to be normal. I want to be big and miserable. I want to go overdue. I want to push out a big baby. But these are all things I'll never get a chance to do.

Sorry ladies. Bed rest is just giving me too much time on this damn site

Don't feel bad mama. I've never experienced what you are going through, but your feelings are completely justifiable. Hopefully baby will stay in as long as possible until you have to deliver, hugs!!
