Yeah, I feel it sometimes, too. Especially if my bladder is really full. I'm not sure what it is, but I don't think it's a cause for concern.

I just read that but I didn't really know what to say. It's probably normal stretching. Otherwise you'd be in absolute Terrible pain.

Yeah. It was absolute terrible pain for the second it happened.   But it's fine now.

We went swimming too. helps with my back and hip pain.

It's an indoor pool. Super heated, almost like a hot tub lol

That reminds me I should get to do that next weekend! DH and I are going to a marriage counseling/resort thing at a hotel. And every time we go to a hotel, I get mad that I don't bring my bathing suit, lol. Thanks for inadvertently reminding me
