Depends on your insurance. Probably not. Mine only pays for ones in the OB office, but I get several so I have never tried to go else where.

No, they're elective. Insurance only pays for needed ultrasounds. We're having to pay $215, and that's LOW in our area. But the pricing just depends on your area.

UGGGHH!! This sucks...  

No, insurance won't cover it but I know by me you can get packages anywhere from $50-$100 which I thought was well worth it as its for you to see the baby, not a medical test. The baby is on a huge screen in front of you and you get to watch the whole time and ask questions and get the a DVD of the whole thing.

I have but this is all I got, and while the ultrasound tech said she was sure it was a girl my mom and mother in law have their doubts cause they say it isn't a clear enough picture.

I would trust a trained tech lol
just because that picture isn't the best doesn't mean she didn't spend time looking, and the images on her screen were unclear.

That's true.. I guess it just worries me cause I've already put a considerable amount of time.. (and pink) into her nursery... And if she comes out a he... I don't want my baby to be a Timmy Turner :'(
