I'm still going to try a body pillow first.

Dr apt went well HB was 155. Dr said that if everything goes perfect then I can do anVB2c. But I have to go into labor on my own and progress on my own the only intervention they can offer is to break my water. It's pretty unlikely but that's really all I was hoping for is the slicer of a chance that MAYBE baby will cooperate and so will my body and bam- baby will slide right out lol.

DH is pissed that I won't just schedule the C-Section he said it was too hard on him last time and that I must not remember, blah blah blah... I'm sorry but it's a tiny chance that everything works out and I'd even be able to try why not give me that? Sorry if I want to avoid major abdominal surgery with two small children at home. When he said I don't know how hard it was for him, you don't know how hard it was for me to not say, fine then dot be there! I can't believe he can be so selfish to realize its MY body and ultimately my choice   our conversation got interrupted and I dropped it I didn't even tell him I heard the heart beat because I knew he'd bring up the C-Section again ...

I've had the same problem since about 6 weeks, along with horrible hip pains. The only things I've found that help are sleeping with a pillow between my knees, and wearing this occasionally...

Plus, taking Tylenol when it gets so bad I'm almost immobile.

I got the hip shrink thing out of desperation because the pain was so bad & I told DH that it felt like the 2 halves of my pelvis were being slowly ripped apart, so when I saw it on BRU I figured it was worth a shot to help support & it works. I don't wear it tight either, just enough to support my hips so I don't feel like I'm being stretched in two lol.

Hmmm, looks like I'll be going to WalMart soon to find one of those $10 body pillows!

Yes I was very lucky and got both DD and DS within the hour they were born. But I would still prefer no delay. I hate that I shake so bad from the anesthesia that I can't even see my baby when they are lifted over the curtain. When DS was born and they showed him to me I had NO reaction, I was literally looking at this baby that just appeared thinking, "that's not my baby, my baby is still in my tummy." Some people like C-Sections or don't mind them and more power to them I personally don't like them, and really wish I didn't have to have them

I wish I didn't have to either. But I had to make peace with them for my own mental health, it took awhile after my first to be ok and I was depressed, But it was necessary to save our lives, I came to terms with it. I knew going into my first appt with this one, I would need one, and make the choice to not even fight it and just embrace it. I was put under with Piper, and I will probably do that again. They have to work faster and get it done, so it was actually really short. I am hoping to not need the magnesium afterwards this time, and be able to get up!

I had to have it for 24 hours after   I was stuck in bed with a catheter and cuffs on my legs to prevent blood clots.
It made getting up after the section horrible that first time.
