Major Vent!!!

I'm going to kill my sons father! He is such a jerk and only cares about himself! He left the state when Aiden was 2 months old, he is now 7 1/2 months. He hasnt been backto visit the entire time, called maybe every other week. Well I filed with the AG to get child support going, so we have a court date on Tuesday, so he got his mommy to pay his way down, she of course came along, of course I wouldnt let them take Aiden alone, and I spent all yesterday and today with them so they could see Aiden, and they asked if they could take Aiden for the night and I said no that I wouldnt feel comfortable doing that, Aiden doesnt know them and he would be scared out of his mind! So I go home and 45 minutes later Ben and a cop are at my door!!! He called them because I wouldnt let him take Aiden! The cop just said he would document it, then he talked to me and said it doesnt really mean much, I just have to to talk to the courts when we deal the custody issues. Then his Ms. Christian mother was completely rude and yelled and my mother and I!!! They are insane, and the shot themself in the foot because all this court date is for, is child support, nothing with custody or visitation, so they will be here till Wednesday and they wont be seeing Aiden for the rest of theire visit.

What a loser to think you would let him take your son. It's been MONTHS, why does he care now?

The only reason he is even here is for the court date, for a case which I filed!

i may be out of line, but what an asshole! how couldn't he see that your son would be scared to death with a stranger? i really wonder about people sometimes...

What an ass and a bitch!! It was nice enough of you to let them spend the day w/ him. Of course you're not going to live your child w/ basically strangers to him. I don't think any mother in her right mind would!!

see that where mothers are wrong. No matter what your sons relationship is with his father his father still has a right to see him. Unless you have gone to court and have sole custody which form your posting you don't. If you don't want you son's father to then you need to get full custody. Even if he hasn't paid any support he has a right to see his son whether you like it or not.

I'm sorry but maybe you didnt fully comprehend the post, I did let him see my son I have spent the past two days with them so he could see Aiden. No I would not let him take him over night, my son does not know this man, so because he is his father, he doesnt know him, they are strangers. So traumtize my son, that sounds real fair
