I saw a perinatologist at 23 weeks 3 days. My daughter's estimated weight was 1 pound 1 OZ then.
I am 27 weeks 1 day now, so not sure. but going to find out again soon at the elective 3D scan I'm having at the start of March.

They were off with DD. They said she weighed aprox 7 pounds 15 OZ.
She was 5 pounds 14 OZ at birth.

My OB does an ultrasound around 10 weeks to establish due date and whether or not LMP date is correct. He says because this is the best time to determine an accurate one due to babies being around the same size at that gestation.

Yup! Earlier in pregnancy all pregnancy follow the same developmental rate and pattern but the farther alone you get into pregnancy the more every prgnancy varies.

I think that's a safe plan. my daughter was measuring 4 weeks ahead fOr th whole last trimester almost and she came a week late.
Not outrageously big either, 9lbs even.

Scheduled the rest of my OB appointments today! GD test at 28w (on the 25th), then I go at 29w, 32, 34 (with L&D tour), and 36! After that they start weekly appointments but I'll schedule those when/if I need them (last scheduled appt is 36+4; I had DS at 36+6 and DD at 37+3). I'm a little nervous...it's starting to feel a LOT more real that in 12w or less I'll have a newborn at home again...

My OB doesn't do the scheduling more than one appointment in advance thing.
My next one is March 4 though. I'll be around 30 weeks.
I don't think I'll be doing weekly one's at the end because he says he doesn't want to do cervical checks. He fears this will cause me to go into labor which he doesn't want since I'm scheduled for a repeat CS.

I was scheduled thru March 7 (my 29w appt) after my 1st appt. partially b/c my schedule isn't very flexible due to work and partially b/c then I wouldn't forget them since they've been every 4th Thursday. I'm glad they let me schedule the rest today so I can plan my work schedule (and I got the latest appointment of the day now). GBS test will be at the 36w appt since the results are good for 4 weeks. I've never had an OB appt after 36w since I had both kids prior to my scheduled 37w appt

I think I had the GBS test around 35 weeks last time. I think he's still going to do that, just no cervix check.
I haad DD t 39 weeks exactly. So I've still got a while lol.

I scheduled all the rest of my appointments as well. My doctor doesn't ever check anyone's cervix until you're in active labor, unless there is a concern, and I still have weekly appointments at the end right up until 40 +4.

I assume that he may want to do weekly appointments after 35 weeks until my c-section t 39 then.

The joys of hiccups on the cervix and feeling like shes already trying to claw her way out...

How's everyone hanging in there?

I've been very stable since getting out of the hospital last week for my heart. Twice daily Lovenox injections suck. Got my first iron infusion treatment yesterday.

I've decided to try induction instead of csection unless I'm terribly unfavorable for induction when the time comes... My heart issues, cervix, baby position. Super nervous about both options for delivery. I'd rather not have major surgery, but if its the less risky option for circumstances later since I've had a stillbirth, I'll chose that.

So far my Bp is doing well on these meds. It's helped with my headaches.

Less medically stuff...

Found an awesome cosleeper at a local baby consignment/thrift store. Also picked up a Luna lullaby bosom baby breast feeding pillow. It's awesome! Perfect for plus size mommas that don't fit in boppys.

Got my cloth diapers and clothes prepped and ready, nursery ready to go, just need to get my bag packed.

I know I am probably late to this thing, but I am due May 11th with my first child :>. It was a huge surprise (shouldn't be since I wasn't on BC and no condoms ever used... it took 3 months to get there. lol); but he is very welcomed and supported by DH and I families. Back in January we found out its a boy. (:
