or maybe this baby is just more towards your front? I can really tell this one is very very low and all of the dr's have also said she's low lol! My son was up high and always balled out but she's low and stretched.

SO ready for my u/s on Wednesday! Hope this one's not "assembly required" like DD was. I'm a bit nervous but I'm trying to stay calm.

Thursday is my OB appt. I'm talking to him about the pain on the top of my left foot when I walk (have had it since the Sat before Xmas, it's no better) and the left shoulder blade muscle pain I've got. Oh, and my stress levels. They're WAY too high. I've been having swelling in my lower legs too; other than compression stockings (wore them after DD was born) and putting my feet up (NOT easy to do at work even tho I sit all day). Any other suggestions? Drinking more water and trying to cut some of the salt out of my daily habits

Yeah I think you are right. OB says baby is already positioned for birth and I feel her around my c-section scar.

DD was much higher up, perhaps why I never dialated.

This one's down by my c/s scar too. I feel like my other 2 were farther "north" at this stage but I don't remember for sure since its been so long

Are you going for a vback?
My OB won't let me have one because my pelvice is too small and he wouldn't anyway since I've already had a c-section.

Yep. At least that's my plan. C/s with DS was an emergency due to fetal distress (had we waited ANY longer we may not have had a positive outcome) and DD was a repeat b/c my hospital wouldn't allow VBAC (even tho I was 6 cm with bulging water when I got there; everyone was surprised especially since I drove myself to the hospital).

Since it wasn't a "me" issue that caused me to have my c/s and it'll be 4.5 years between, my OB this time is OK with me trying a VBA2C since the risks are the same statistically. I'm also with Mayo Clinic health system now and they seem to be more VBAC friendly. If anything looks bad I have zero qualms about another c/s, a healthy safe delivery and baby are my priorities.

Luckyyy.
My OB wouldn't allow one because of the first for liability reasons eve n if it wasn't a me issue.
I tell myself it's quicker and recovery last time wasn't that bad. but I am disappointed and feel like less of a woman somehow just a little.

2nd c/s was a breeze recovery-wise since I knew what to expect.

Since this is for SURE our last, I'm glad I can at least try the VBA2C. While I wasn't disappointed in DD's birth (especially knowing what I do now about her) I would have been disappointed for a little while if I hadn't at least been able to try.

mine was positioned too but then the tech said she's still so little they move all around and then a few min after I asked where she was at and her head was by my rib LOL!! Her foot is either kicking at my cervix or her head...it's one or the other lol!

Yeah I guess the not being able to try is what makes me kinda sad. but I'm having my tubes tied after this pregnancy, so a c-section will flow with that.
