Happy New Year, everyone! Hope it was a fun one  I tried to stay awake til midnight, but managed to fall asleep again. LOL.

Anyway- I have a baby-related question...
I'm a little over 22 weeks along and my bump is quite low. With my first baby, my bump seemed to consume my whole midsection. I've been feeling baby movement since about 19 weeks or so, and it's always really low--like in my groin low. If he kicks/moves around, it feel like it's on my bladder. I don't remember my first pregnancy being this way. It sure makes me run to the bathroom a lot and round ligament pain has been miserable already. Anyone else feeling movement very, very low down? I always thought it happened only later into the pregnancy as baby got to be bigger.

I thought movement was low rlp was bad with my second too, then I got pregnant with my third! Lol the first weeks of movements I swear felt like they were just right there in my vagina. Lol and the rlp Started at about 6 weeks this time and is completely out of control now at 22 weeks. This will definitely be my last pregnancy.

Yes, the way you described your 3rd pregnancy is what I'm experiencing now. It feels so incredibly low and if the RLP continues this way, then man, I don't know about more pregnancies, lol!! I don't know if my first pregnancy was just so exciting and whatnot, that I forgot about the less-than-pleasant parts. But #2 is leaving a lasting impression very early on, lol. I have to take my bouncy ball to work this week, I think. Sitting in my chair at my desk is not working to well. I keep saying to myself, " but I'm only 22 weeks... It's way too early for this stuff!"

Anyway- did you have a nice New Year's Eve?

Yeah little man keeps making me feel like I'm just going to pee everywhere, but then I don't even have to go. It's just the sensation of him kicking my bladder that triggers That feeling of having to void.

It was lovely, kiddies fell asleep around 10ish so DH and I watched a movie and had "private time". Then this morning I got up early and made a huge breakfast. It was nice. How was your's?

And everyone else's??

Lol, I hear you on the multiple bathroom breaks. I can barely sneeze or laugh these days!

My NYE was nice, thanks. I was planning to have a low-key evening with my family ( siblings and parents). My brother decided earlier in the week that he was going to propose to his girlfriend. We all ended up helping with the proposal. The lake right by my house had a holiday lights display( you can drive around the lake and look at awesome lights). So we came up a plan that involved me taking DD and my brothers GF to check out the lights before everyone came over to my house. She came over early to help me get food prepped, etc. at some point along the lights display, her and my parents plus my sister and brother held up lit signs with the big question. It was so cute... She didnt even see it coming! Then we returned to my house to celebrate  I'm just busy eating leftovers for breakfast now , lol

My LO is also very low! I feel him mostly around my csection scar.
My round ligament pain is also crazy. It hurts to even walk through snow after 5 mins and my crotch aches lol

He was really high but found his way down there for the last month. I didn't experience this until close to the end with DS 1 hope he moves up a bit!!

Sounds normal though

Gah! Yeah that crotch pain is a joy. I catch myself walking around like I got kicked in my junk or something lol.
Well, I guess I'll have to get used to this low movement. I hope he at least moved up a little bit at some point. I can't go to the bathroom all day long

I'm carrying low too IMO. NEVER feel movement above my c/s scar (right at the pubic bone).

Your uterus is still around your belly button anyway so low movement is normal IMO.

Am I the only one who hasn't had any RL pain? I never really had it with my other pregnancies either though. I had a lot of pain at my c/s scar with #2 but not with my m/c or this time around (with #2 it was pretty bad by 12 weeks and then got better the further along I got)

21 weeks today, and I feel her right above my c-section scar.
I guess she's not too low, not too high right now.
With my now two year old, she was way too high and would press her butt firmly into my rib cage. Ow.
Happy Newyears everyone.

It's finally here-my ultrasound day!!! I find out if baby is a boy or girl at 3pm! My gut says boy, but my heart is hoping for a girl. I would love for my daughter to have a sister!
