So yesterday, I hit 22weeks. Yay! I had to do a 4hr drive without working windshield wipers through a storm...it was scary!! I will take a picture today, to post tomorrow before I go to work.


Also this little one is turning constantly!!
We also still can't think of a name.

It's been for ever since I got on here but hello everyone good new baby is due may 11th or 12th and its another girl we are thinking the name

But I'm not settled I also went to wic today and they weighted me in plus size I was 280lbs when I got pregnant and I weighted in at 279lbs lmao so proud of myself and they baby is fine no problem growth is on target so I'm must be eat enough lmao bad news I got let go from my job and they are saying I quit and trying to Tell me I can't get unemployment they called me and say we don't need you anymore I got a family guess what they are gunna pay lol the wedding is only 2 weeks and are family will be complete and we are moving into my inlaws on January 1st so packing planning and expecting and now no job but I am still happy I no everything is gunna work out god is on my side

I'm 20 weeks and 2 days pregnant today.
Got the results of my Maternal Serum Alpha-Fetoprotein Screening (MSAFP) today and it's negative! Baby does not have downs Syndrome, Cystic Fibrosis, or any of the other scary things screened for in that test.
Also, I felt her move from the outside two days ago. Could hardly feel it but it was definetly there. My fiance can feel it too sometimes now.

me...i'm just patiently (or not-so-patiently sometimes!) waiting for jan 9 for my ultrasound (FINALLY) and then my 21w appt with my OB. we're not buying ANYTHING for baby until after the scan. we're still planning on CDing but i'm hoping my grandma will make some fitted diapers for baby (i made some for DD but it was once she was older). my plan is to do mostly fitted with a cover, at least that's my goal!

Wow! Tht drive sounds brutal!
As for your little one and turning- mine doesn't do much. Even at the ultrasound, the tech really had to poke around to get him to move. Had me worried a bit. He moves, but I can't really feel it at all! My daughter was so active and easy to feel. But this guy is pretty chill.

Congrats on the baby girl  And I love the name, lol  my daughter is also Maya. My husband chose the name and I tried to find a different one, but couldn't. Now I can't imagine my DD having a different name 

got a call from MIL as i was walking into the house from work this evening. BIL's hanging out in jail (again) for DUI. MIL's not bailing him out this time and is super pissed b/c BIL's supposed to be watching the house and MIL's car is parked somewhere in town (MIL's worried it's going to be impounded). MIL's getting on a plane to go back to DC for work and BIL's in NE (where they live). we're in WI, NOTHING i can do to help (i don't have any of BIL's friends' numbers in my phone and we can't go down there to try to take care of things b/c of work and the kids).

i'm a bit amused by the situation though. i'd told BIL to come up to see us so he wouldn't have to be alone for christmas. he had to work christmas eve and yesterday (he WAS an elf at bass pro shop) and never got back to me about NYE (we haven't seen him since july and i thought it might be nice to see him again, i like him). had he listened to me he wouldn't be in jail and he wouldn't have lost his license and wouldn't have lost his job!

a few years ago, we invited MIL to visit us in germany for christmas (it was our last christmas there) and MIL decided against it (we were going to be back stateside in feb so she didn't see the point). christmas day she went out to get the paper and slipped and fell and sprained her ankle (and to this day she's still terrified of the snow and ice). had she listened to me then she wouldn't have fallen and gotten hurt! at least for the most part DH listens to me (except about buying DD's DVD player yesterday, but that's a story for another time...)

Drama! I always laugh when someone refuses to bail their family out of jail, especially for repeat offenses. Hello! It's time to wake up and be an adult!

I don't remember if I posted it in here bc I was having computer issues. But I am having a girl!! We found out Monday, Dec. 17th. Her heartbeat was 158. They said that she was measuring 9 days behind, but unless it was 10 days or more the dr prob wouldn't change my due date. I go back to the dr Jan. 8th so I will ask him for sure then.  
We announced it to most of our family on Christmas Day. I made a cake for Christmas dinner at my grandma's that was pink inside. Then we went to my dad's and I took cupcakes that had pink filling inside. So whenever we cut the cake or bit into a cupcake, they found out what we are having. The only one that doesn't know is my mom. I thought that she would be at my grandma's for Christmas dinner, but she has her own issues with my grandma and didn't come. I felt like if she really wanted to know what her next grandchild is, then she could have come for a little while. She knew that we weren't announcing what the baby was til Christmas. I had even told her that I was making gender reveal desserts, but it didn't seem to matter to her. So we haven't announced it on facebook yet bc I'm waiting to see how long it takes her to ask me what the baby is. We are going on 3 days right now. And as hurt/pissed as I am with her, she may not find out til May when the baby is born. Sorry for the long vent, guys. Hope everyone had a good Christmas!
