Thank you   It was my mistake...He was just a lot more believable when we were just dating. I would have a serious talk with him. If he can't change, then you might have to make that choice for him and leave. IDK. I know it isn't always that easy. I hate that you and Dixie have to deal with this though

I was thinking the pronunciation was (e-from) their is a town down south, spelled the exact same way, and it is pronounced e-from, so that's how I would have thought it was pro ounces as well.

Nope. It's pronounced "eff-rahm". It's a family name on my husband's side and that's how they have always pronounced it.

Eta: it is a Hebrew name and technically it has two accepted pronunciations one being the one I have provided and the other being "ee-frah-eem". But no "e-from".
