Good idea. I have a hard time holding weight with it. I tried to put my daughter in her carseat in the back of the mustang and almost couldn't do it.

To the women dealing with carpal tunnel, I had it when i was 18 but I was an athlete so I didn't want to wear the brace much, and it ended up causing a large cyst to form in my wrist and it ruptured. I had to have surgery to have the cyst and it's contents scraped off of my wrist bones and it left a large scar and some immobility in that wrist, so just make sure you're staying on top of it and using the braces as your doctors instruct you to.

Also, I have not bled during this pregnancy until now or at all my last pregnancy. But I just went pee and there was some light pink on the paper. I tried a few more times to makes sure and it was there every time. I'm also cramping a bit. I'll be 17 weeks tomorrow.
Would you be worried? Should I call the doctor or just drink water, lay down, and check again in a bit. I'm still not feeling the baby move regularly so the movements aren't making me feel any better.

Not me. I don't pee often enough during the day...which is probably why I have a UTI on top of the yeast infection <sigh>

he's getting two movies (that he picked out) and socks (that he needs). i'm getting nothing (just like i'm getting nothing for my birthday and had to spend my birthday money on stuff for everyone else (medication for everyone and milk/groceries)) I'll maybe get something for myself with tax money BUT i'd rather get the vehicles paid down on so we've got more money this time next year

if you recently had sex, i wouldn't worry TOO much but if not, i'd consider calling your OB and maybe talking to a triage nurse just to be safe

I had a UTI that I didn't know about at my first appt so I was worried that was part of it but it came back normal last time.

I hear that I'm 16weeks I heard the heartbeat for about 30seconds today for the 1st time I had an ultra sound but they couldn't see if it was a boy or girl I have anterior placenta so it makes it rally hard to hear baby I can't wait to find out hope it cooperates my daughter didn't I was like 6 plus months before I found out it was a girl lol

I can tell a difference from last week for sure! She must have decided ok it's my time to pop that tummy out a little bit more lol!!

i thought i had the UTI which is why i made the appt so i was surprised when i found out about the yeast infection. never in my entire life have i had a yeast infection prior to last week  

the yeast infection won't really harm baby, but the UTI COULD cause issues so i've definitely got to make sure i fill the prescription (though for now i'm just going to take some of DD's meds that she doesn't need right now since we'll be on the same ones; i can't afford the copay for the meds until thurs)

What can UTIs do to the baby?? I wasn't aware of that.

I've had 1 yeast infection in My life. It was an awful experience!! I used OTC meds to treat it and my vaginal walls swelled up huge. So big that like the insides were coming out kinda. It was soooo painful. I couldn't walk or sit or anything. I went to the dr and she said she was 99% sure I had herpes. So I went and got the bloodwork done and broke up with my ex since he was the only one I'd been with. Well, turns out it was just an allergic reaction to the meds I used. But it was AWFUL

A UTI can cause you to go into labor if left untreated too long.

Yup! If you even suspect you have one call and see if you can come in and pee in a cup!

not the baby per se, but it CAN cause preterm labor if it's not treated
