I've learned never to get my hopes up. Try and keep busy and keep your mind off of things. God has a plan for everything just keep praying!

I have had an ectopic before on the right side is the most common.
I had my normal period and then 3 days later I got cramping sharp but not like unbearable or anything I went to drs anyways as I was like this is not normal he said could you be pregnant. Well yeah theres always a possibility so he did bloods + over then next 5 weeks we continued to do bloods and ultrasounds as I was def preg but they couldn't see anything thing anywhere. My bloods were rising at the expected level and I was in no pain at all but I knew something wasn't right we ended up finding it a little over 5 weeks in my right tube what had happened was the period I had gotten was the implantation and my hcg was high but withing normal range for what I could have been we picked it up unbelieveable early.
Now after that I lost my right tube 3 months later fell preg with ds he caused a lot of internal issues weakening being a threatened prem. When he was 4 months old I fell pregnant again on birth control BUT I had masses of infections, my uterus hadn't gone down properly and I was told to terminate I was already going into kidney failure at not even 8 weeks. Another 3 months after that I had a CIN3 pap result and had to go in for a biopsy so I'd taken quiet an internal beating (oh and fell preg with ds 9 months after I had dd) so all that had happened left my internally exhausted it took another 12 months once we started ttc before I fell pregnant again (I normally preg within 3 months of trying) and I put it all down to that. I got my BFP at only 3 weeks I was ment to be 6 weeks so bloods were only 24. At 5 weeks my bloods were 156 and u/s showed a gest sac but no yolk or hb they tried to tell me it wasn't viable, then at 7 weeks my bloods were 6000+ and we seen a hb, yolk and sac all were it was ment to be.
Sorry this is so long BUT my point is that after some internal hell for a few years I did get pregnant with a viable pregnancy and it was not how far I was ment to be and levels were very low although within range so theres a chance you may just be less then you think you are

With my 2nd baby i had progesterone levels.they gave me capsules to insert vaginally and i prayed and prayed my baby would be fine. I went in for a ultrasound at 5.5 wks and let me tell you this end up being the easiest pregnancy of all my 5. My first ended in miscarriage around 5/6 wks.i have three children and 1 due in may. Id say those supplements hrlp alot. I paid 50 bucks for them bc i had no health insurance at the time but it oroabbly saved my sons life.
