Thank you. I will talk to her. I have an appointment sometime in November. I am just afraid. What if I can't take meds anymore? I don't think I can survive the anxiety/depression.

This didn't work for me, but I tried Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. These two therapies work on rewiring the brain's way of thinking and has done wonders for many.
