Quoting Jenny Schmitz:" <blockquote><b>Quoting I LOVE AVERY DAVID:</b>" My baby is constipated he hasnt pooped ... [snip!] ... trouble popping to where we had to help her go so we switched back to the liquid kind and she hasnt had no problem since."
Quoting Jenny Schmitz:" <blockquote><b>Quoting I LOVE AVERY DAVID:</b>" We havent switched his formula were ... [snip!] ... but that's what we had to do with our daughter and it helped her go. My SO had to do the same thing with his older daughter."I have tried doing that. Ive also trying stimulating his butt hole with the tip of a themometer and vaseline, and ive also given him a warm bath. I was told to try dark karo suryp but I dont think it would be very healthy for a newborn.
Quoting Jenny Schmitz:" <blockquote><b>Quoting I LOVE AVERY DAVID:</b>" I have tried doing that. Ive also trying ... [snip!] ... for a newborn."</blockquote> Yea I don't think so either. How old is he? Have u tried talking to his doctor about it?"
Quoting Jenny Schmitz:" <blockquote><b>Quoting I LOVE AVERY DAVID:</b>" Hes a week old. I kinda thought it ... [snip!] ... had to do with our daughter and she is 3 weeks old today and popping his fine since we switched it. I hope he poops soon :
Me too! Im kind of scared to take him to the doctor because my aunt said when her grand daughter was a newborn and had problems with contipation the stuck this grabber type thing up her but to remove the solid poop and all it did was cut her poor little butt and cause her to bleed and they never did get the solid poop out I think im going to try a infant supository not the whole thing but just a little sliver of it I will let you know if he poops soon lol
Quoting I LOVE AVERY DAVID:" My baby is constipated he hasnt pooped in almost 3 days. Hes been drinking similac advanced with iron. ... [snip!] ... would be good to switch to? He still needs a little bit of iron in his diet but I dont think as much as hes consuming now."
Quoting Korey Calls Me Mama:" My LO started on Similac Advanced, but it made him constipated too. We switched to Similac Sensitive, and haven't had any more issues."
