Medical ID bracelets

Ive been told that it would be wise for me to get my kids medical ID bracelets because of their CSID. I was just wondering what information I need to put on there apart from the CSID. Do I include asthmatic and vit d deficient or not?

I would just put anything you would want medical professionals to know in an emergency.

Yes, asthma would be good to include, as well as any allergies.
