haha well thankfully the lovebugs havent came out in full force yet but it wont be long before they're here. I absolutely hate the bugs we get in Florida. They're everywhere. My worst has to be those damn mosquitos! those little bastards loooooooove my blood! Ticks are another big issue I have where I live. We live in a wooded area & i've picked ticks off me way too many times to count. Doesnt matter how much bug or tick spray you put down, they're EVERYWHERE! oooh I could go on and on about the bugs in Florida ha!

I plan to spend my entire last month (july) floating in a pool lol
whenI lay outside and feel like Im getting to hot I put ice cubes in my top and one on my belly button and let them melt. Its odd, but helps.

I know the feeling..I went and spent almolst the whole day in my uncles pool but otherwise I DO NOT leave my house. Heaven forbit going outside. I literally feel like I'm melting and I know its just the begining. My belly is getting bigger too..I'll try ottor pops

i saw this and how could i guess that you were talking about texas. I went to the strawberry fest today and i just feel sick from the heat. this really bites, i don't WANT to stay inside all summer, i like being outside but i just can't hang. i am due aug 3rd and my plans for wearing sundresses all summer are changing to stay inside and eat watermelon wearing my husband's boxers all summer. i got a pool at my apt.......it is a bitch finding things to wear outside that don't stick to my body.

I know what you mean hun. Im barely 15weeks and already Im going crazy. Its horrible. All I know is the fan and AC have been my friend lol. Good luck though.

Really? Its so damn cold up here all the time, that I about shit myself yesterday cause it was 90s I think.... REALLY hot!!! I sat by the pool all day (yes i covered my belly,) and drank a TON of water, and OJ, and stayed cool....I loved it!!! I got burned to hell tho...   Thats uncomfortable! I love the heat tho! Its WA, i doubt it will ever get up to 100 here, but 90 is ok...

Here in Phoenix Arizona is pure -fire!!. 
we are in the 109 degress already..

thats why i dont go out during the day at all, not even to the back yard!!..

CREEPY!! ARE YOU KIDDING!??!?! i dont think ive ever seen a tic! I know that they burrow into pets and stuff, can they do that to people too? ever had it happen to you? how do you know they are there? (sorry for all the Qs, just curious... )

hah I wish I was kidding my dear!!! Ticks can burrow in to humans as well. Some of them are so small that you dont even feel them crawling on you. I usually have my hubby check me all over when i've been outside just incase because lots of times you dont even know one has attached themselves to you. Usually i notice it when i start to feel itchy somewhere. I've picked one off my back & two off my side at my hips just as recently as a month ago. My hubby picks them off him all the time because he works outside in the yard all the time. They're nasty! They're never on us long enough though to get big like they do when they get on dogs. We used to have two dogs & we were constantly picking ticks off them that would end up sooooo huge. ACtually this may be TMI but my hubby just picked a small one off his nut sack the other day haha! I let my OB know every time i have to take one off me though & he says to just watch the area for swelling.

Holy crap!!! that would freak me out sooo bad! i would start wearing syran wrap outside.... and tell your man to make his underroo's like that too. They went DIRECTLY to the source huh!? WOW. im surprised he didnt pass out!! I would have, and then died laughing.... cause you have to admit its a LITTLE funny..... lol

haha well it used to freak me out at first because i grew up in SCotland & we dont have little creepy crawlies like that there. But i'm used to it now & it doesnt bother me anymore to twist them off of me. It used to really gross me out but I have no choice now lol. As for my hubby, he's a country boy & is totally used to this kind of thing so it didnt phase him one bit that he had to pick one off his sack haha! I did find it quite funny because his exact words to me were " I had to pick the little bastard tickoff my nut sack today". Lovely eh? lol

EEEWWW enough with the bug talk ladies.. im getting the hibby gibbys lol.. gross

Today was another hard day damn it!!!! i feel like i cant breath!!! im dying! lol...

I lay out by my pool, i swear i never burn   i wanna burn cause i wanna get dark.. but nope nope not this one.. im not that lucky i guess lol. i eat ice all day all day, but never thought to put it in my belly button lol.
I hate how this heat is aggrivating my HG and giving me hella contractions.. so i really cant breath..   this is just too much

i'm going to dread the summer, for sure
but i'm gonna stick to air-conditioning!!!!!
n when you are outside in the hotness, just make sure you carry a water bottle with you...keep yourself well-hyrdated...(serious stuff)
but i'm sorry that's really all i got for ya..
kinda glad it doesn't get to the 100's here tho...or i WOULD die

i know!!!!! yesterday i took a drive up to the valley, and didnt take water, with the heat, elevation, and my lack of fluids i started getting contractions every freakin 10 min!!! i was soooo scared, but the second i stopped driving and got some fluids and leveled out it stopped... YIPES... usually as a passanger im ok driving long distance cause i drink the whole drive, but since i was driving i spaced it out...   BAD IDEA.... it was scarey.

lol, i know how you feel! i'm in Atlanta and it's just the 80's out here, but LAWDY.... it's SO HOT!!!! i get home and strip out of my clothes and just stroll around the house in my bra and undies, lol. if that doesn't help, cool shower and sit in front of my fan  . but yeah... the summer is something i'm dreading!!! i already feel my attitude coming, hahaha.
