re: Maternity Leave Pay Question

I got paid for 4 weeks before she was born 8 weekd after because I had a c-section. You would get 6 weeks for a normal delivery. and aonter 6 weeks after the first 6 weeks ends. Your doctor should have the paper work for it (mine did) I filled it right out in the doctors office and they sent it in for me. check out ca.gov it should you all the info. pm me if you have any questions. I just did this when I had my daughter. I was paidbut I cant remember how much I got paid but I think its like 1/3 of your pay or somthing like that

EDIT to say I got paid for all 4 mos I was off work.
