Did you have to pay for your doctor to fill out your FMLA paper for work?

Today they told me I have to pay $27.00
Seriously I'm not made of money!!

Nope my doctor did not charge extra for FMLA paper work.

I hope they don't. I'll find out on friday.  

Nope, not with our first 2, but that was in AZ, and WA. Here in CA they charged $10, but the girl at the front said don't worry about it since she had already closed the computer.My husbands coworkers were charged $50 for the doctor's office to fill out his FMLA paperwork.

I'm in California, used a clinic on base and was not charged.
