24...registered nurse...do not vaccinate at all...I may vaccinate for a couple things but not in the near future...I have a 5 and 2 year old..I researched by reading anything I could get my hands on, listening to people's stories, and my own medical knowledge and experiences

Don't vaccinate

Research includes: The Vaccine Book by Dr. Sears, NVIC, CDC, pubmed, vaccineriskawareness, and what I learned from Canine Feline and A&P in college about the immune system and animal vaccines. That's the main stuff anyway.

I am 24, with some college.

Husband is 28 and 3rd year medical student but we made the decision to vaccinate when he just had a bachelors in biology.

Vaccinated on schedule.

We used reliable cited sources (both for and against) vaccinating to make our decision. Those sources were both online, and books.

It's ridiculous in MS. You can't get exempt unless you damn near die. Even if a sibling had a reaction I still think they make you try.

That did not sway my decision to vaccinate though. We will be out of here before it would have mattered.

Quoting Meg and Nora's Mommy:" 32 with a Bachelors degree Mostly vaccinate on schedule, I dont do flu, chicken pox I didnt research, ... [snip!] ... bother with the flu because its not that big of a deal and i would rather my kids get pox as a child rather than as an adult."

I much rather would to...But with the amount of parents that are getting the chicken pox vaccine is making that harder and harder to do.

As soon as I heard that DD's cousin had the chicken pox, we headed over there for a play date. Got that taken care of when she was 3.

I don't have any kids yet but I thought I'd answer anyway.

What is your age and education level?
24, BA in Elementary Education

Which most closely describes your vaccine choices?
I plan on fully vaccinating.

What (primarily) led you to your decision(s)?
The benefits outweigh the potential risks.

My mom did it to us, too, because she got chicken pox when she was 25 and heard from her doc that it was worse for adults than children. So, she exposed us when we were 3 and 4.

Fully vac on delayed schedule (I think. We don't vac for flu or chicken pox)

I think vaccinations are necessary but I think one at a tine is smarter in case she had an allergic reaction....we would know to what.

Im 22 and have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education. We chose not to vaccinate mainly because SO has family history of vaccine reactions and SIDs. Although there is no proving link to them we dont feel comfortable giving them to him because of family history.

I doubt it had anything to do with the vaccines.
