If he is on the birth certificiate, I am sure he pays CS.... And they can take up to 60% of his income.

and I've calculated it he can definantly pay cs for 3 kids. thats not much of a difficulty. Anyway if he never leaves her the likelihood she ever files for cs I think. Mainly mentally I do feel abortion would be best for everyone. It's just how bad is the guilt idk.

Guilt with what? getting an abortion done when you already have other kids? If its best thing to do, then there should be no guilt. I mean there will be but dont feel bad because you have live kids and you have have this one.

If he is paying cs x2 already, and alimony to his wife who he is basically cheating on, and can prove it since you're pregnant, he is going to be hurting.

I completely agree with you. I went to school with a girl who had her first at the beginning of our sophomore year, the second one in the middle or end of our junior year and then just had a third child in March. At least she graduated. But she has all different dads to her child. Lives off of the state. Department of housing pays over 800 for her apartment. She gets almost 700 in food stamps and claims to run out by the middle of the month. Then she gets child support for one child and then gets 500 from some government program. Her second daughters dad is illegal and got deported and doesnt give her anything and her sons father a mess. She was with a guy cheated on him got pregnant and never knew whose child it was until the baby was born. The biological dad wants nothing to do with him and the guy she cheated on is a complete smurf. He was currently put in jail. Shes a mess!. I havent talked to her for over a week now but i actually think they cut off her utilities. She owed them over 750.00.

That is what i said. She has no vehicle and always asks me for rides. I told her no because she wants me to run her around for free and had all her "babydaddy" scumbag friends living off of her and then she would complain
I was just thinking your dumb as smurf. That is your home nowhere is your "babydaddies" name on the lease kick them all out. She leaves her kids home alone at night!. Then her dumbass tried to tell me our utility company cant cut off her utilities. She is so smurfing dumb and uneducated.

I'd consider all of my options. Including adoption as well.

if the father won't agree to it, the adoption won't go through

but the mother can give custody to the father if she doesn't want the baby
