even tho i have been pretty depressed last few days (read other post) i can't get to sleep for smurf!. tonight i was finally ALMOST THERE then kicks in massive attackt of heart burn kickups! and that lasted bout an good hr, so i peed and drank sum warm milk.. would help??? NAHHHH instead it "woke" my son up... now he has decided that he wants to kick and punch and move every which way he can..i guess u can call that pay back for me bustin his dad lip and givin him that black eye (again read other post). So my question is this: Besides taking the "ok" beneadryl to sleep which prolly wont work at this point, taking it since friday didnt last night bc did nothing for me Sunday night is there anything elese I can do?!?!?!! i need my sleep i have alot to get done this week which would also help ease some of my stress (not mentioned in any of my post) plus i have to get my daughtters ready for school... Did i mention my yr old yorkie wont get get out our bed? as small as he is (not a mini) he sure sleeps hella wild! he only will sleep with me when my BD is gone (go figure) please help because i'm going on day 3 of no sleep

You can take tylenol pm....I don't sleep well at all! When my body goes days on 3 hrs of sleep finally I just crash!

yea that don't work ... i had to take two of those and two bendryls (sp) my ob said it would help and to take those instead but it was like i was taking regular kind  

TYLENOL PM is pretty much the same as beneadryl, there both made out of the same things. i like unasom. it doesnt make me feel grouchy or anything like that and it helps me alott! i had the hardest times going to sleep before

im doin that now but i would rather sleep then find smurf to post on my timeline! and i will ask him.... i can't keep this up... my classes start this week. granted they are online for the first semester due to baby arivial (sp) i need to get this undercontrol before the lil man of the house gets here

You can get unisom over the counter so try that until maybe you get ahold of your dr. But ambien works as well but you have to get a script like someone else said. I understand you on the sleep thing... I have to be up in 5 hours to take my son for surgery, but i cant sleep due to being too upset. That and i think heartburn and acid reflux is starting its nightly rounds.. LOL

A bunch of drs also pass out cytotec to induce labour even tho it says right on the label that it is not meant for pregnant women.

You should also do your own research instead of blindly following

I'm not a doctor and I bet you aren't either. A friend of mine was also given ambien during her pregnancy and her baby is perfectly healthy. & I'm only allowed 12 so i'm only going to take it if I really need it.

IKR!!! This is crazy... my youngest (the not cookin of course) is 7... wtf was i thinking about even thinking about having a baby??? Love is what. What we both wanted (minus the drama again gotta read the post) I guess i will try and drink more warm milk-kick the dog out the bed-take sum meds- read this book by dr joyce myers and TRY to fall asleep i mean its now almost 330 cst that and my router is about do a reboot "? thanks for the advise ladies glad to see i'm not the only one being kept up by a 9month leased tenent lol
