How do you make kraft mac and cheese?

How can I get my macaroni to be this consistency using just the same ingredients, milk, butter and the cheese packet?

You can't. You need real cheese to get it like that, not powdered cheese-flavored product.

I heat the milk, butter and whisk the cheese packet into it little by little by itself instead of trying to have it mix in with the noodles all at once. It's close to that.

No idea, the KD I buy is a lot more orange then that!

If you put in more milk, it will be runnier.

I put in oil instead of milk or margarine to give it a milder flavour. I suspect the pictures have a lot of butter in them.

Also, the noodles look really soft, they look like they have been cooked for a lot longer then 8 minutes, perhaps 10 minutes?

I don't think a powdered cheese with give it that creaminess but you can try adding cream cheese little by little. I know sounds gross but it really does make it creamy.

The ones in the photos are elbows, not Kraft noodles.

That's not Kraft.... looks like homemade. But, now I want Kraft.

I boil the water and noodles..once that is done I strain it and add butter to just the noodles (Like 2 scoops). Then I put the cheese in and add milk to it until it is "perfect"...sometimes to get it closer to that consistency I will add some Velveeta cheese.

I have a block of swiss cheese, it has some mold but i can cut it off. Can that work? And also, I dont plan to use the whole pack of pasta but I want to use all the cheese.

I know I'm late to this but when I make it, it looks like that. I always add a lot of milk.and like half a cup of cheese whiz lol and fir butter I use garlic butter cause my kids like it like that as so do I.
