First time -run for the cure!!

Im so excited! I joined a team and am running for the cure, cancer plays a huge part in my family, almost every family member that has passed at a young age was from cancer :-(

I can't wait for the walk! 41 days away :-)

My SIL is one of the organizers, has been for years. We did the walk the year her mom died of cancer (2002) when she was 13, and she's volunteered with them for the last 7 years. Great cause, awesome walk! You will be overwhelmed by the energy there.

We aren't doing the walk this year, but are probably going to be helping out with standing at one of the check points to cheer people on. Remind me next month about the donation and I'll donate for sure
