37 Weeks

Ugh been a long time comin. For the last 2 Weeks been having contractions now their to the point I can't sleep have had a non-stop head ache I even started my leave from work because I can barely function go to the dr. Wednesday and I hope they say these contractions have been doing their job and decide to help me (wishful thinking I know) i'm so ready to not be pregnant and be a mommy and meet my little girl

I feel the exact same way. My edd is 9/9 so I'm even right there in step with you. At my last Dr. appt I was 90% effaced and 2 cm dilated and the baby was in station zero. Hopefully today when I go in they will say all this pain I've been having has at least moved things along some.

slow down you still go 3+ weeks the baby will come when its ready

I know I still have 3 Weeks left but really don't want to be resless and in pain for 3 Weeks

you sign up for 40+ weeks. trust me i know how you feel im 36 weeks and feel like my hips broken. but the baby will come one it own when he or she is ready .. no need to interfere with a natural process unless medically necessary

It sucks because when you read our heart stuff about pregnancy contractions mean baby but when you have contractions for 2 Weeks and still no baby it sucks the dr. said she's ready lungs weight all that fun stuff is ready for her but my contractions aren't changing my cervix I have been been dialated but not effacing but its getting soft so cruising my fingures

I've been doing it off and on since week 28. I had preterm labor at week 33, and contractions daily since then. I'm glad that my baby is fully developed and I want to hold him/her. My contractions are getting harder and harder every day they just aren't staying steady enough to go to L&D. They keep telling me it's BH but this isn't just tightening. It feels like someone is twisting a knife in my back with each one.

Exactly mine will go from being 2 to 3 mins and ok to handle then out of no where they'll go to where i'm in tears can't walk but 5 to 10 mins apart they said she's down and pushing but i'm not changing past where I am and have been for 2 Weeks she's getting a early start at being stubborn lol I want her to come when she's ready but i'm ready now lol both nurses said i'm in early labor there's no doubt these are real contractions but nothing they can do :-(

My doc had me on bed rest (which I really didn't listen too) for the past week because they thought the baby would come. I know I should listen to my doctor but being effaced and dilated doesn't mean the baby is going to come sooner. Here I still sit. They don't think I'll make it to my due date, but I remember when I was so excited to see the first little baby bump and feel my baby move for the first time. Now I wonder what in the HELL was I thinking to get so excited about that. I wish the baby would just calm down some and this huge mass on the front of my body would finally disappear.
I really just want to hold my baby.

Lmao I feel the same just couldn't wait to sure to get big now I can't bend stand up from sitting and always feel like i'm falling forward getting kicked in the ribs lol I told her she better beat the crap out of me now cause when she's here its going to change lol your the first person i've talked to that isn't like just wait y u rushing it lol told my fiance that next time he's carrying it out where going to get a test tubelol

i felt like i was never going to show! i have friends that are not as far along as me nd they showed before i did! now im just like you ladies! i so want my body back lol i love my baby so much already but i wish he was here every day seems like an eternity

Pregnancy is the longest shortest time of my life I feel like I've been pregnant forever but each week is just like Monday Monday Monday lol it took me to 25 Weeks to start showing I wasn't skinny when I got pegpregnant but now i'm just like how can I get any bigger I want my old fat body back lol

every day i tell myself 'dont worry you could go into labor anytime... it could even be today' it helps to get through the day without making it take forever lol

Lol yeah my mom does that for me shell call and be like today is the day you ready lol
