sore arm?!

I have a really sore spot on my upper arm. Kind of where the joint in your shoulder would be I guess. The spot where your bones meet. It feels like it should bruised, but it isn't?! Im just curious what could be causing Thia problem?

Did you maybe sleep on it wrong or sleep in a odd position? My arm hurts if I keep my arm under Peyton all night long and it hurts in that spot too.

Idk honestly lol. I haven't been sleeping much. May've that's the problem.

Yeah I know it sounds weird but when I don't sleep or don't get enough sleep my shoulders hurt and then my arms hurt. Maybe I'm just odd but that might be what's going on with you.
