teething or something else

So when i put my little one to bed she was fine no runny nose fever nothing....
well i guess my mommy instinct kicked in cause i felt like i had to take her temperture cause her nose was so runny...anyways her temperture is between 37.8 and 38.2 with a very droppy runny nose....do you think it is teethig or a cold or something else? (shes 9 months btw)
