Raw*ish Chicken?

I just made a chicken wrap with grilled chicken breast and when I bit into it, I ate a couple of bites and I started to notice that while the chicken wasn't pink, the texture wasn't right so I stopped eating it and now my skin is like crawling. EWWWW.

My question? How sick, if at all, can I expect to get from eating that?

I've done this before, and luckily didn't end up sick at all.

i think you will be ok unless you start feeling sick

It's hard to say how sick you'll get, but you should be OK. I've eaten undercooked chicken and been completely fine.

The thought of this is making me feel like smurf. I think I'm going to have a bagel to calm myself  

I think it all depends. I have eaten chicken like that and then I notice it and stop eating it, when that has happened I was fine. I guess it has to have that bacteria on it for you to get sick? Not really sure though.
