Do you think a woman who is married to someone who is going to spend the rest of their lives in jail without the possibility of parole ( charged with murder) should be able to use their sperm ( while incarcerated) to get pregnant.

I was a CO for about 5 years in FL. I think yea that's ok, because there are SOME (very few) women who will be faithful to their Husband/Inmate. So I figure if she wants to have his baby, why not, He is stuck away from society and I know in FL there aren't Conjugal visits. Just as long as she can prove she has the money to afford the baby and not burden the system!

Would it be any different if they weren't together before he went to prison? That they got married after the fact and didn't know one another before hand?
