We are in court alllll the time. Hopefully this arrangement will stick for a bit. And/or BD will grow the smurf up and start to deal with things outside of lawyers and judges, because it sucks. & he just wants to be manipulative.

Yeah, everything. Hotel, food, everything that needs to be replaced (and they do it at market value, so we might get more than we need) - but we were just looking at new houses & were going to put the house up for sale this week. Great timing, huh?

At least it happened before baby came.
