the fire, no...but the smoke damage, yes. Everything needs to be replaced - all appliances, all of Carson's stuff (they could be cleaned but they don't like to risk it for children), our mattresses, our one set of stairs is half gone (it started at the top of the stairs)..

it sucks. I don't know how long we will be in a hotel.
