I don't think the shadows are bad at all. What was your ISO? They look a little noisy to me.

The second one is my favorite.   I'm drawn to it as well.

Thank you! I think that's what ill do. I wanted to try the 700 because of you! I don't want to over work myself for this by any means but I want the wow factor.

I had my photo shoot in 2013 yesterday. My break is officially over!

The white balance is definitely off. It's hard to deal with white balance though if you are not on a calibrated monitor.

CC please?   I have a couple more really cute ones from this set, but I want to make sure I'm going in the right direction editing wise before I do the rest. It was really overcast so boo to that. But I can't help but love her face
