Question! Why is it when I go outside and take pictures in manual, they're COMPLETELY blown. Like, the picture is just white. My settings are: shutter-1/160, aperture-1.4, ISO is on Auto, if I put it on anything else its exactly the same if not worse :/

The second picture is adorable!

Because your aperture is wide open. Try 2.2.

Nah it's not the aperture. Although I wouldn't shoot wide open either. Probably a step or two up.
But it's the SS. Outside you'll have to do more towards 2000-8000 depending on the sun.
Sometimes 1000.

It's sunny as smurf as well as snow on the ground. So, would I set it higher than 2000? Along with the aperture around 2.2?

I'd probably set the f stop to 1.8-2.0 and then just put the SS at around 6400 or so and see if that works and adjust it accordingly.
