Oh and another moment that was hilarious but a little awkward, I was talking to the two year old and I asked her something like what are you doing, and the 6 year old pipes up, "I think shes wondering what that is on your tongue!"..I have a piercing, lol. I didnt know what to say so I didnt say anything, just kept shooting

  Thats the first thing I noticed too. Exposure is nice. Not a fan of the comp or the crop though tbh.

My newborn the other day was awake for most of her shoot too and she was only 11 days old. You just gotta take what they're willing to give and not promise the parents anything. I'm sure you got sweet pictures even with him awake. I actually really like it if baby is awake for at least part of the shoot to get some pictures with the eyes open.
