Omg. I had to completely wipe my new computer clean and start all over because Windows 8 crashed and would not update. So now I have to re-calibrate my screen.  
Does anyone have any tips on how to do so accurately without having to buy anything to do it?

That's awful   Times like that make me glad I have a Mac.  
I'm sorry! I had to do that a LOT with my old laptop.

My Dh has a Mac, but I find it difficult to use. Lol It confuses me.  
At least my laptop was easy to calibrate...my new computer isn't though. Lol

It's definitely a learning curve, but it's SO intuitive once you get used to it  

I don't have any idea how to calibrate a screen   Mine is automatically done.

Unfortunately the only way to ACCURATELY do it is with a device. Spyder has some pretty inexpensive ones.

Okay. I am going to go look it up and see if it is something that I can budget for after Christmas.

Just a quick snap shot from today I was watching my BFF's LO again and the 2 were so excited to see each other that this was really the only decent one I was able to get! They haven't seen each other in almost a month and it clearly showed today!

So I think the verdict is I need to stay behind the camera. I'm much happier making other people look good.

Today was actually the nicest day we've had all week it was only -3 but we have a decent amount of snow so they get bundled none the less!
