Yes, I have the 100mm (non L) and I like it. It is one of my go to lenses behind my 50mm. It actually is great as a portrait lens as well but you'll want to make sure you keep a little higher shutter speed because it's got some good weight to it, especially being 100mm and a macro. But I use it quite a bit.

Brandi. I asked that other Brandi that lives near me that reminds me of you if she traded family pictures.     I told her I know she'll probably say no since I suck next to her but I had to try. haha

I really want to go out and take holiday pictures of my girls, its been raining here for the past 2 days, and i think is going to continue through next week :/

awhh that sucks. Maybe you'll get lucky and it have a really nice day this week. I had no choice but to attempt some today. It was really nice out and by the time I get home from work during the week it's already dark out.  

Just practice, he had just woke up and was cranky. BUT, at least I know which settings I need now

I used the regular mini lights.
