I dot have a Nikon but I think you're going to have a hard time with that budget if you want one with an AF motor, even used. I might be wrong though.

About to shoot my only session this weekend yay! I'm so relaxed lol. My proofing session wen great this morning as well.

I think you want to make sure you get a "G" lens. The 50mm f/1.8G should autofocus with the D40 but the f/1.8D probably won't.

The G lenses cost more than the D lenses though.

One of my best friends has asked me to shoot her wedding in June. I have never shot a wedding before. So any tips would be great...also what lenses would you ladies recommend that I use?

The G 50mm 1.8 is like $216

I'm trying here. Really hard. What else can I improve? This is the worst one.

NO! The mailbox was a very vital and important thing to them I guess.. Lol. I didn't even want to put her in it!

This lady is being crazy. So everything about editing this session is horrible.

Okay so I found one 50 mm 1.8 G lens for $180 under used on amazon. It says the condition is like new And under the seller information it says it's brand new in box. The seller has 100% positive rating with 3 people. Do you think it would be safe to buy?
