I walked up to a woman and offered her a free photo session for her newborn baby. I also mentioned how I'm still learning and she's all cool with it. Wellllllllllllllllllll... I have no props. So I'm all over Etsy. I found some cheese cloth for $8ppd (is that the cheapest I'm gonna find?) and some faux fur (is 10 x 18 big enough?) I want to find a wooden crate, but I'm sure that's going to be hard.... so maybe basket? Ideas? Advice? We booked for the 24th so I have a little time to find all the stuff for the indoor session.

what do you guys think of these images? A few of my friends with kids X's age came over this evening and we played around with the light set up. CC?

her family is totally hippy/out there. hilarious, awesome people. she offered to take off the necklaces, but they are part of their family, and I'd hate to NOT capture their true colors, ya know?

Yeah they're amber necklaces.

I'm totally crunchy and my kids wear amber too, I've just never seen someone pile them on like that

Yeah probably.. cheaper overall to buy a bulk package so you cut down on shipping costs. But honestly, I JUST got actual cheesecloth recently and I didn't love it. You can use cool scarfs and stuff as wraps.. I like something with a little more weight.
