A session I took a few weeks ago. Still learning

They're your pictures, you do what you feel comfortable with. Do you have a gallery with samples of your work that potential clients can see? It's so important that a client chooses a photographer who's style in photography and editing is something they like.

cute idea with the shoes in the first picture! You might want to check if her face is in focus on the fourth picture, it looks a bit soft to me. The hands look a bit soft to me in that picture as well and she's doing something funny with her finger? If you had another one of her in that pose, I would probably replace it because of that.

In the last picture of the first group you posted, her glasses look like they are about to cover her eyes. I know shooting people with glasses is a challenge. you have to constantly watch for glare and make sure they have the glasses pushed up so their eyes don't get covered by the rim.

They're all cute pictures though! Good job.

It was really really cold and during that shoot. It had also been extremely foggy up to an hour before the shoot and wasn't completely lifted yet when we did it. So it felt cold, damp and grey... not very cheery for a shoot!

Love them. My favorite is the one on the bridge.

Thank you! That bridge is right by my studio. We have a little creek running through our village and that bridge is going over it. I've never thought to take pictures there before! lol

What types of situations do you tend to use your speedlights in? If so, what settings. I have a really old one that I am practicing with but appearantly I just can't seem to get it down. Suggestions?
