now my sister just asked me to do a "photobooth" type thing at her friend's wedding...I'm not sure I'm good enough to be doing all of these little shoots for people...its kind of wearing on my confidence and freaking me out...people will likely expect better than I can produce...right....?   I'm just not a professional, and I'm doing an awful lot of sessions lately. :/

Tell them to hire someone. A photobooth doesn't require skill. It requires a camera on a tripod with a shutter release and some lights. It would be boring as sin to stand there pressing a button all evening.

  It would be good practice for me, though, to try and work with people for poses and stuff. I'll probably do it, just because i have nothing else to do with my life, and it will give me picture to practice with in photoshop. I would just hate for people to expect too much. I'll just be explicit with the bridely lady. I am NOT a professional, but I can do fun pictures for people. Something like that?

I mean, i need the experience with my camera. and by then I will have taken at least one class to better learn what all I can do with it.

I agree! You should just go for it. It might be fun.  

So I'm pondering if instead of CDs I should do flash drives.

I've been watching Doug Gordon on the ustream. I love how excited he gets after he takes an awesome picture. I do the the same thing.
